Abbas Rajabi
Abbas RajabiPresident and Key Principal
Abbas Rajabi, President and key principal, is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. As principal sponsor of numerous real estate investment groups, he provides unique and practical insight that spans multiple economic and development cycles. Mr. Rajabi is accomplished in commercial real estate development, leasing and managing, direct investment in operating companies, including energy related ventures. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in mechanical engineering, Mr. Rajabi applies his technical and analytical skills to evaluating real estate projects and identifying opportunities.

Since the early 1980s, under Mr. Rajabi’s direction, his companies and affiliates have successfully acquired, developed, managed, leased and sold or held for investment over 30 real estate projects nationally but concentrated in the Colorado market and involving all property types.  He is an active member of the Denver business and charity community, supporting numerous causes with time and resources, including serving as an active member in Rotary International, notably as a Rotary Club past president and the immediate past Rotary District Governor for 2017-2018.

Ken Boggs

Ken Boggs, Vice President, is responsible for project due diligence, underwriting, financing and company operations. He has nearly 30 years of experience in financial management, real estate investment and commercial finance, including a 27-year career in commercial banking. With extensive experience in commercial lending, credit underwriting, financial administration, executive management responsibilities and strategic and transactional analysis, Mr. Boggs provides Mohegan Capital with keen insight and leadership to identify opportunities and achieve objectives.
Over his career, Mr. Boggs has been responsible for over $1.3 billion in loan placements, with an emphasis on commercial real estate. Also involved with Rotary International, he is a graduate of Colorado State University and he received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Glen Gómez-Meade
Glen Gómez-MeadeVice President
Glen Gómez-Meade is a graduate of the University of Colorado, and brings an acute eye to the Mohegan Capital team, providing key support and analysis in emerging markets, technologies, trends, and property relations and management. Through analyzing hundreds of properties in major markets per year, site visiting a select few, ensuring smooth acquisition and dispositions, and managing when the ink dries, Glen brings a well-rounded and intuitive look to real estate opportunities complementing the years of knowledge and experience already present in the Management Team and Board of Directors. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and personal touch with investors and tenants make him an invaluable asset to the Mohegan Capital team.

Reid Godboldt
Reid Godboldt
Mr. Godbolt is a managing partner with the Denver law firm of Jones & Keller, an affiliation he has held for over 30 years. He focuses in corporate, securities and business matters for public and private companies, pooled investment funds, entrepreneurs, broker-dealers and investment advisers.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and SEC compliance and enforcement. Mr. Godbolt graduated with honors from the University of New York and received his J.D. from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Cyrus Rajabi
Cyrus Rajabi
Mr. Rajabi is a partner in the Denver law firm of Jones & Keller, concentrating in the areas of business, corporate finance, securities, real estate and insurance law, including investment management and financial services, as well as representing private and public clients in connection with capital-raising activities, including exempt and public offerings, including early and late stage venture capital / private debt and equity offerings.

A principal in several Colorado business entities, Cyrus has over two decades of real estate development, ownership and management experience. Mr. Rajabi received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado and he completed studies with the International Law Program at the Georgetown University Law Center and the Geneva Institute in Transnational Law through Duke University.

The Honorable George Hanks “Hank” Brown is a decorated Navy veteran, a former member of the Colorado State Senate and United States House of Representatives and Senate for the State of Colorado, and a distinguished past president of both the University of Colorado and the University of Northern Colorado.

He graduated college and law school from the University of Colorado, and he received a Master of Law degree from George Washington University.

Kent Bozarth

Mr. Bozarth’s principal occupation is as the President of two franchised new car dealerships located in Lone Tree and Aurora, Colorado, Ed Bozarth #1 Park Meadow Chevrolet, Inc. and Ed Bozarth Chevrolet Company Inc. He is also a stockholder and director in a number of automotive related entities (including the above two) falling broadly within the group of dealerships operating under the “Ed Bozarth” marks or providing services in connection with their operations. While Mr. Bozarth is from outside the real estate industry, he has actively participated in broad commercial settings involving commercial buildings and the leasing of the same both in and out of the State of Colorado. He also brings a fresh outside perspective to the General Partner’s Board of Directors with extensive business and operational experience which involves overseeing the operations of two automotive dealerships in the Denver Metropolitan Area which generated a total of over $130,000,000 in sales in 2016.

Mr. Bozarth received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado, and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School after completing the Owner/President Management Program.

John Barna
John Barna
Mr. Barna has been engaged in the design and construction industries in Colorado and surrounding states since his graduation from the University of Nebraska where he earned a BS in Structural Engineering. He currently serves as Chairman Emeritus for Denver Commercial Builders, Inc. (dcb) where he spent 42 years in an ownership role while building, managing and leading this dynamic Design/Build Construction Company. Established in 1960, dcb has been designing and building commercial and industrial buildings for owners and developers and is responsible for well over one billion dollars of construction, and hundreds of projects in Colorado alone. Mr. Barna is also currently involved in a succession plan with the company and remains actively involved in assisting in continuing the legacy dcb is reputed for.

During his career at dcb, Mr. Barna has participated in many industry associations and community support activities, including being a graduate of Leadership Denver (Denver Chamber), 50 For Colorado (CACI), founding Member of the Colorado Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), State and National President of the Systems Builders Association (SBA), two terms as Chairman of Butlers Manufacturing Company National Builders Advisory Council, National President of the Building Systems Institute, Past President of the Alameda West Kiwanis Club, in addition to serving on several boards of charitable and private organizations.
